ARTAN RUSHIDI is a floral and multidisciplinary artist based in Belgium. His preferred medium : the shoelace, which he weaves, knots and layers until floral and organic forms emerge. His work makes memory bloom, filled with attachments and knotted from shoelaces. Through his installations, weavings and floral sculptures, he seeks to give a tangible form to what often cannot be said.
